I had been unaware that Citizen already had a company in place which does all the custom engraving work- including I believe orders through Michaels. In addition to a longer delivery time because of this- Michaels did not provide for in their order the degree of customization that the original vendor allows for- hence I was shortchanged in the customization of my order. I am disappointed with the engraving work because of this. However, the watch itself is a beautiful piece.
